CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully submitted through our booking system.

Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please notify Briela Salon 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide notice of a scheduling change, conflict, cancellation, or missed appointment will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
